You will act as a key point of contact for customers, managing relationships and expectations, and driving the overall success of the customer engagement.\nResponsibilities\nClient Relationship and Contract Management: Manages the client relationship post-contract, ensuring quality service delivery, adherence to contractual agreements (including scope change management), and a comprehensive understanding of implemented solutions.\n\nProgram Leadership and Execution: Leads and provides strategic direction to cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of program goals.\n\nFinancial and Resource Management: Develops and manages clinical trial budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints, project timelines, and providing input on resource allocation to optimize efficiency.\n\nRegulatory and Ethical Compliance: Ensures all program activities strictly adhere to relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and ethical guidelines.\n\nStrategic Collaboration: Collaborates with sales and business development teams on scoping activities for prospective engagements and establishes communication channels to relay potential new customer opportunities/leads while also providing strategic input to science and product teams for program optimization.\n\nQualifications\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.\n\n5+ years of experience managing customer delivery for large enterprise engagements, with a deep understanding of the healthcare provider market.\n\nDemonstrated success in delivering complex technology programs.\n\nExperience building and maintaining strong customer relationships, both internally and externally.\n\nExcellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with a consultative and collaborative approach.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience within public health, disease surveillance, or laboratory science related fields.\n\nExperience with complex service offerings, specifically with processes involving multiple stakeholders and technologies.\n\nA proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to take initiative and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.\n\nAn entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to collaborate, learn, and grow.\n\nProficiency with Google productivity applications like Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, and Docs.\n\nQualified applicants must not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.\nThe US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,500 - $173,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
