If so, Arctiq invites you to join our Network Operations Center (NOC)team. As a NOC Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring, supporting, and maintaining critical network and infrastructure systems. You’ll analyze and respond to alerts, troubleshoot outages, escalate incidents as needed, and proactively develop measures to ensure service stability and performance.\nTo be considered, applicants must demonstrate hands-on experience with Cisco ISEand Cisco Secure Network Analytics (SNA).\nResponsibilities:\nMonitor and analyze network, systems, and services for performance issues, outages, and security concerns in real time.\nRespond to and troubleshoot incidents, escalating to senior engineers or other teams when necessary.\nUse diagnostic tools and established processes to investigate and resolve service disruptions.\nCollaborate with Network and Infrastructure Engineers to plan and implement proactive monitoring, automation, and performance optimization.\nWork directly with customers to support investigations, resolve issues, and provide timely updates.\nContribute to the development and enhancement of operational processes, policies, and standards.\nProvide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction by meeting or exceeding expectations.\nMaintain accurate documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.\nWork non-traditional hours and participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation to ensure continuous support.\nQualifications:\n3-5 years of experience in an IT infrastructure, network operations, or technical support role.\nDemonstrated expertise in one or more of the following: network monitoring and troubleshooting, infrastructure operations, systems administration, or incident response.\nStrong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, firewalls).\nExperience with network/system monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Splunk, or similar).\nExcellent oral and written communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively and collaboratively in a high-performance team environment.\nStrong commitment to customer service and operational excellence.\nExperience working in diverse technical teams or client-facing environments.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, 24x7 environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.\nGeneral network experience (e.g., Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet) \nCisco ISE experience relating to operational reviews, troubleshooting of events and alerts, service performance and availability monitoring, portal management, device profile monitoring, and patch management. \nArctiq is an equal opportunity employer.
