React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.\nExperience with REST/SOAP web services and cloud platforms, preferably AWS.\nExperience with Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift/OKD, CI/CD tools, and monitoring platforms.\nKnowledge of database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.\nUnderstanding of SDLC, testing practices, cloud deployment, and performance optimization.\nProven leadership, communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred:\nExperience mentoring or leading engineering teams.\nKnowledge of continuous integration practices.\nExperience with Agentic AI SDLC.\nExposure to technologies used in contact center
