(BRD, FRD, Use Case Documents etc.)\nAssist project managers and development team during the project life cycle especially reviewing & executing test cases, training business users, and leading the UAT.\nWork on project lifecycle and different methodologies like Waterfall or Agile.\nAct as a Consultant to provide business value analysis as part of discovery phase.\nProvides support and guidance to presales and professional services on new system features.\nWork closely with the Technical Lead on the requirements document and RTM.\nAct as a guide/mentor and prepare more leaders by using the knowledge, skill, and experience.\nWork on multiple projects and able to manage time accordingly.\nWhat we are looking for:\n5+ years of relevant working experience.\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. (e.g., BE, BTech, ME, MS)\nExperience in Product Development and implementation of multiple Digital Banking Solutions for Digital Banking.\nThorough understanding of at least one of the Retail Banking Operations or Functions like Card Operations, Digital Banking, Customer Onboarding, Account Opening and Loan.\nGood knowledge of Digital channels is a must.\nGood knowledge of one or more of the Retail Products like CASA Accounts, Fixed Deposit, Islamic banking products and Credit Cards.\nUnderstanding of various analysis techniques and methodologies.\nAbility to convert concepts into visual diagrams and processes using different tools like MS Visio, Balsamiq, Adobe XD.\nHands-on Experience working on different rule engines and process automation tools and techniques.\nKnowledge about customer service, sales, and marketing aspects within a bank.\nAbility to define and explain end-to-end processes via User Journeys.\nExperience in integrating Digital channels with back-end systems.\nKnowledge of Core Banking Systems, Operations, and Functionalities.\nWillingness to travel for short-term project engagements if required.\nAbout VeriPark:\nVeriPark is a global technology powerhouse with more than two decades of experience in the financial services industry.
