Each code, each voice, each contribution, each challenge, each success is celebrated here.\nWe welcome candidates who share our values, have the skills and are passionate to enjoy our journey to build the digital future of finance, together.\nWhat you will be doing:\nCommunicate the product vision, strategy, and go-to-market approach for VeriLoan Collection, ensuring alignment with bank collection priorities, risk appetite, regulatory expectations, and organizational objectives.\nFollow up the main product VeriLoan improvements and align Collection module development accordingly.\nOwn, prioritize, and regularly update the product backlog, focusing on high-value collections features such as early delinquency workflows, automated reminders, segmentation strategies, promise-to-pay tracking, skip tracing, restructuring workflows, repossession and legal collections etc.\nConvert business, risk, and regulatory requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for development, QE, and integration teams, ensuring accurate translation of collection strategies into product features.\nCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders (sales, delivery teams, credit risk units, legal departments, collection teams, compliance, and client banks) to gather feedback, communicate changes in priorities, risks, and dependencies, and ensure alignment across all parties.\nMonitor VeriLoan Collection performance using analytics and KPIs (cure rate, roll rate, delinquency bucket movement, recovery performance, PTP adherence, agent productivity), and drive continuous improvement based on customer feedback and industry benchmarks.\nActively participate in Agile ceremonies and consistently serve as the voice of collection teams, risk departments, and end users throughout the product lifecycle.\nAssign and track ownership of product and project actions, document dependencies and milestones for collections enhancements, and ensure accountability and timely completion across contributors.\nLead efforts in data security, privacy, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and change management for financial institutions using VeriLoan Collection, ensuring compliance with consumer protection, AML, data privacy, restructuring, and legal requirements.\nRepresent VeriLoan Collection in demos, implementations, conferences, workshops, regulatory discussions, and strategic meetings, and collaborate with Microsoft and ecosystem partners (e.g., SMS/e-mail gateways, scoring engines, contact center integrations) for co-selling and technical enablement.\nContribute to roadmap preparation and execution for Loan Origination and Loan Service request modules as required.\nWhat we are looking for:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Finance, Business, or related fields.\n10+ years of experience in product ownership, collections systems, credit risk, debt management, or financial software platforms.\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure services, decision engines, and integration patterns.\nStrong understanding of soft & hard collection workflows, tele calling, field visits, stat card, restructuring processes, repossession, skip tracing and legal collections are required.\nPrior exposure to enterprise banking products on Collections is mandatory.\nKnowledge of delinquent cases classification, allocation, collections strategies, strategy cost benefit analysis, PTP tracking, legal proceedings, collections related fee/charges etc.\nKnowledge of Loan Origination and Loan service requests will be an advantage\nFamiliarity with enterprise integration layers (core banking, contact center, SMS/e-mail gateways, decision engines, reporting platforms).\nHands-on experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence and Agile methodology, planning, execution, ceremonies etc.\nKnowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (consumer rights, AML, data privacy, write-off rules, restructuring standards).\nStrong stakeholder and conflict management skills\nExcellent communication between technical and business units\nCustomer- and risk-oriented mindset\nAdaptability in fast-changing regulatory and risk environments\nRelevant Certifications (Highly Valued)\nCertified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)\nMicrosoft Certifications (AZ-900, Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant)\nCredit risk or collections-related courses (Basel, risk modeling, debt management certifications)\nWhat we are offering:\nPerformance-Linked Bonus: Your hard work doesn't go unnoticed!
