Each code, each voice, each contribution, each challenge, each success is celebrated here.\nWe welcome candidates who share our values, have the skills and are passionate to enjoy our journey to build the digital future of finance, together. \nAbout The Job:\nWhat You Will Be Doing:\nAnalyze business, functional, and technical requirements to identify quality risks early and define appropriate test coverage.\nDesign and maintain high-quality, reusable test plans and cases, applying AI-based test optimization or clustering techniques where applicable.\nPerform functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing across web, API, and database layers.\nParticipate actively in requirement and design reviews (Shift-Left) to prevent defects before development.\nCreate, maintain, and execute automated test scripts in collaboration with the automation team, incorporating AI-enhanced frameworks for smarter test selection and fast delivery.\nValidate APIs, integrations, and business rules using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or similar.\nTrack and manage defects in systems such as Azure DevOps or Jira, ensuring clear severity and priority assignment.\nContribute to continuous testing and DevOps QA gates as part of CI/CD pipelines.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (PMs, Developers, BAs) to align quality objectives.\nContribute to a culture of continuous learning and quality excellence across teams.\nSupport the creation of test documentation and quality dashboards for stakeholder reporting.\n What We Are Looking For:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in software testing or quality engineering.\nStrong understanding of STLC, SDLC, defect lifecycle, and QE best practices.\nHands-on experience with manual, automation and API testing, and knowledge of SQL-based validation.\nWorking experience with test management and collaboration tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, etc.).\nExposure to automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Katalon) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).\nUnderstanding of Shift-Left testing, test data management, and AI-assisted test generation is a plus.\nAbility to work effectively in Waterfall and Agile/Scrum environment and participate in sprint ceremonies.\nAnalytical and detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to identifying quality risks.\nStrong communication skills and ability to clearly present findings and recommendations.\nSelf-motivated, accountable, and collaborative, able to work both independently and within cross-functional teams.\nWillingness to travel for short-term project engagements if required.\nAbout VeriPark:\nVeriPark is a global technology powerhouse with more than two decades of experience in the financial services industry.
