The ideal candidate is experienced in designing enterprise-grade applications, driving innovation, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing software engineering team environment\nWhat you will be doing:\nLead and manage the VeriLoan product engineering team working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.\nOwn end-to-end engineering delivery for VeriLoan, ensuring predictable releases, high quality, and production stability.\nDefine and enforce technical standards, coding practices, and architectural principles to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.\nDrive effective Agile ways of working including sprint planning, execution, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement through retrospectives.\nDefine, monitor, and improve key engineering KPIs such as cycle time, lead time, defect trends, rework, deployment success rate, and technical debt.\nEnsure strong engineering quality through disciplined code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD practices, and secure development standards.\nIdentify, manage, and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and integration challenges across teams.\nCollaborate closely with Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps teams to align roadmap, priorities, and engineering capacity.\nTranslate business priorities into clear engineering execution plans and realistic delivery commitments.\nPlan team capacity, skills mix and hiring needs in collaboration with HR and technical leadership.\nBuild, scale, and develop a high-performing distributed engineering team with clear roles, responsibilities, and career paths.\nConduct regular one-on-ones, performance evaluations, coaching, and professional development activities.\nAct as the primary engineering representative for VeriLoan in stakeholder discussions and technical decision-making forums.\nContribute to technical roadmaps and evaluate new capabilities in Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Azure for product innovation.\nBalance delivery speed, product quality, and production stability while managing technical debt.\nFoster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the engineering team and across functions.\nClearly communicate technical strategies, progress, risks, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nWhat we are looking for:\n15+ years of hands-on experience with .NET, C#, and Microsoft Power Platform (Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Plugins, APIs).\nAt least 5+ years of people management experience leading software engineering teams.\nStrong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, integration patterns, and Azure-based solutions.\nExperience with Agile/SAFe at scale and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring).\nDemonstrated ability to build, scale, and develop high-performing distributed engineering teams.\nStrong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.\nProven experience delivering enterprise-grade, mission critical applications in financial services or banking is a PLUS.\nWhat we are offering:\nRemote Freedom, Your Way: At VeriPark we believe in the power of talent, no matter where it resides.
