This role is responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions while working directly with customers and third-party vendors to ensure successful, real-world delivery.\nThis is not a purely advisory, governance, or documentation-only role. The Solutions Architect is expected to actively contribute code, lead technical implementation efforts, and serve as a trusted technical advisor across customers and vendor partners.\nKey Responsibilities\nArchitecture & Solution Design\nDesign scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that meet customer and business requirements\nDevelop and maintain architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and solution blueprints\nEvaluate and select technologies, platforms, and vendor products based on technical and commercial trade-offs\nDefine integration patterns and standards across internal systems and third-party solutions\nDesign implementation architectures and solutions using advanced analytics and artificial intelligence\nHands-On Engineering\nImplement core components, integrations, and reference implementations in production systems\nContribute production-quality code and participate actively in code reviews\nSupport engineering teams with hands-on troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues\nValidate architectural decisions through real implementation, not just documentation\nCustomer Advisory & Engagement\nServe as a trusted technical advisor to customers, understanding their business objectives and technical constraints\nLead technical discovery sessions, workshops, and architecture reviews with customer stakeholders\nTranslate customer needs into concrete technical designs and actionable implementation plans\nPresent and defend architectural decisions to technical and non-technical customer audiences\nVendor & Partner Collaboration\nAct as the primary technical interface with technology vendors and integration partners\nEvaluate vendor capabilities, conduct technical due diligence, and validate solutions through proof-of-concepts\nCollaborate with vendors to resolve integration challenges, performance issues, and deployment concerns\nEnsure vendor solutions align with architectural standards, security requirements, and delivery timelines\nCollaboration & Technical Leadership\nWork closely with internal engineering, product, security, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are buildable and successfully delivered\nMentor engineers and technical team members through hands-on collaboration\nProvide architectural leadership while remaining accountable for implementation outcomes\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nExperience\n8+ years of relevant working experience in software development and solution architecture\nTechnical Expertise\nStrong experience in designing and building secure, highly-scalable, multi-tier architectures\nSolid understanding of cloud and on-premises integration patterns\nExperience with modern programming languages and frameworks\nProficiency in at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)\nStrong knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, and microservices architectures\nSoft Skills & Competencies\nExcellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills that enable comprehension and resolution of complex business and technical issues\nProven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders\nSelf-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities\nConsultative mindset with customer-focused approach\nStrong mentoring and knowledge-sharing capabilities\nPreferred Qualifications\nDeep expertise in .NET framework and application development\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Azure cloud platform\nBanking or financial services industry experience\nExperience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation\nRelevant certifications (Azure, AWS, or other cloud/architecture certifications)\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field\nWhat This Role Is / Is Not\nThis role is:\nHands-on, implementation-focused, and delivery accountable\nCustomer-facing and consultative\nVendor- and partner-integrated\nThis role is not:\nA purely pre-sales or post-sales advisory position\nA governance-only or “diagram-only” architecture role\nDetached from day-to-day engineering execution\nAbout VeriPark:\nVeriPark is a global technology powerhouse with more than two decades of experience in the financial services industry.
