Participation in the internship program requires that you are located near London office as the program is a hybrid work schedule, requiring you to be in the office at least 3 days per week\n What You Could Learn:\nBuilding and developing an understanding of the analysis process and principles.\nBuilding and developing an understanding of the way Verisk applications specifically support business processes.\nConfiguration of the application to support client requirements\nAssist in the analysis of business processes, functions and procedures to determine the most effective business systems technology that meet the needs of the organisation.\nAssist in establishing user stories and acceptance criteria based on business requirements\nAssist in building a joint understanding of the requirements across the other stakeholders (other analysts, developers, testers, project management, product owners).\nAssisting during the execution of User Acceptance Testing.\nNew technologies: including Azure Devops, Excel, SQL, and more. \n What We’re Looking For:\nSkills and Knowledge\nSeeking those who are collaborative, well rounded, passionate, and good work ethic. \nStrong communication skills, responsible, and highly motivated to take initiative. \nAbility to learn, problem-solve and work independently on projects. \nHave a growth mindset to complete all responsibilities and be eager to learn. \nYou'll notice we did not list specific skills. We seek innovators who can add to our culture, contribute to our growth, and strive for excellence.\nExperience\nEnrolled in bachelors or masters program. We love folks with varied coursework, but you must possess an analytical mindset, passion for business, and a desire to innovate. STEM, Business, Economics majors, a plus.\nA history of tackling projects with a quantitative lens, and a desire for data-driven insights. \nVerisk serves the insurance vertical so an interest or past experience in insurance is helpful, though not required. \nThe Intern Program is not eligible for work visa sponsorship.
