Director, Product Management

About the Role

We are looking for a Director of Product Management to lead the strategy and market adoption of data exchange capabilities across our insurance and reinsurance solutions.

This is a highly commercial, market-facing role that sits at the intersection of product strategy, client engagement, and industry partnerships. You will work closely with insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and internal stakeholders to help shape how data moves across platforms and workflows, creating greater efficiency, connectivity, and insight for clients.

The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to senior industry stakeholders, bringing a strong understanding of insurance data, analytics, and market trends while helping influence product direction and go-to-market strategy.

What You'll Do

Product & Strategy

• Define and evolve the vision and strategy for data exchange capabilities.
• Identify industry challenges and opportunities related to data connectivity, interoperability, and workflow efficiency.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to shape future platform capabilities.
• Help drive innovation in data enrichment, analytics, and emerging technologies.

Client & Market Engagement

• Build relationships with senior leaders across insurers, reinsurers, and brokers.
• Lead strategic discussions on data workflows, platform adoption, and operational transformation.
• Conduct market research, workshops, and customer discovery activities to gather insights and validate opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, forums, and client engagements.

Commercial & Go-to-Market

• Support go-to-market planning, positioning, and messaging for new capabilities.
• Partner with commercial teams to develop value propositions and client-facing materials.
• Help drive adoption through thought leadership, customer engagement, and industry partnerships.
• Monitor market trends and competitive developments to inform strategy.

What We're Looking For

Experience

• Significant experience within the insurance, reinsurance, risk, analytics, or technology sectors.
• Deep understanding of insurance data, exposure management, catastrophe modeling, risk analytics, or related workflows.
• Experience working with senior clients and influencing strategic decisions.
• Proven ability to connect market needs with product strategy and commercial outcomes.
• Experience supporting product launches, market adoption, or business transformation initiatives.
