This role serves as a key liaison between business and technical clients and internal teams to understand client requirements, configure solutions, support data integrations, and guide implementations from initial planning through production.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong client-facing and project management skills with technical knowledge of APIs, data integration, and system-to-system connectivity. The Implementation Specialist must be comfortable working with both business stakeholders and technical stakeholders responsible for integrating their systems with the reporting solution.\n Client Implementation & Relationship Management\nLead client implementations from kickoff to production, managing requirements, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.\n\nServe as the primary implementation contact, building relationships with business and technical stakeholders.\n\nUnderstand client processes, reporting requirements, data sources, and integration needs.\n\nMaintain implementation plans, schedules, action items, and status updates.\n\nCoordinate client activities with Product, Technology, Support, Operations, and other internal teams.\n\nIdentify and resolve implementation risks, issues, and dependencies.\n\nGuide clients on Medicare reporting requirements, product capabilities, and implementation best practices.\n\nTechnical Integration\nPartner with client technical teams on system integrations, including configuration, data mapping, and testing.\n\nTroubleshoot integration issues and engage internal technical teams as needed.\n\nValidate integrated data against business, technical, and reporting requirements.\n\nHelp clients interpret errors and identify whether issues stem from source data, integration logic, or the reporting solution.\n\nDocument requirements, technical decisions, test results, and production readiness.\n\nMedicare Reporting & Data\nBuild expertise in MSP, Section 111, and other Medicare reporting requirements.\n\nHelp clients align business processes and claim data with Medicare reporting requirements.\n\nReview client data for quality or reporting issues that may affect implementation.\n\nSupport configuration and testing of reporting rules, claim eligibility, RRE requirements, and related processes.\n\nDocumentation & Continuous Improvement\nMaintain implementation, technical, process, and client documentation.\n\nImprove implementation processes, documentation, standards, and client experience.\n\nDevelop implementation best practices, templates, checklists, and resources.\n\nShare client needs, recurring integration issues, and product enhancement opportunities with Product and Technology.\n\n Required Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.\n\n3+ years in software implementation, systems integration, business analysis, technical consulting, or a related field.\n\nClient-facing experience in a technology or SaaS environment.\n\nWorking knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations.\n\nExperience with JSON and/or XML data structures.\n\nAbility to interpret API documentation and technical specifications.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nStrong organizational and project management skills to balance multiple implementations and priorities.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP), Section 111, NGHP reporting, or other Medicare reporting requirements.\n\nExperience working with claims, insurance, workers' compensation, or other insurance-related data.\n\nProject management or business analysis experience.\n\nSuccess in This Role\nSuccess in this position means clients can confidently move from implementation to production with a well-understood, thoroughly tested, and sustainable Medicare reporting integration.
