Your focus is on problem ownership, not feature requests, as you develop strong product intuition and take accountability for solving customer and business problems in scalable, sustainable ways.\n Discovery & Problem Framing\nLead discovery efforts with the trio to deeply understand the problem space\nValidate product ideas with real users through interviews, shadowing, and testing\nPrioritize opportunities based on desirability (customer), viability (business), feasibility (engineering), and usability (design)\nDelivery & Outcome Focus\nTranslate validated opportunities into clear user stories, requirements, and success criteria\nManage a transparent backlog that reflects current priorities and expected outcomes\nEnsure continuous delivery of valuable iterations that can be measured and learned from\nPartner with engineering and QA to deliver high-quality, usable, and performant solutions\nEstablish, communicate, and manage the release cadence of the product\nMetrics & Learning\nDefine and track success metrics for the features and problems your team owns\nUse analytics tools, support tickets, and qualitative feedback to drive product decisions\nValidate impact using data and adjust direction as needed\nConduct research using industry trends, market data, and customer feedback to inform product improvements\nTrack and report product progress, including the success or failure of each initiative\nStakeholder Communication & Alignment\nMake product decisions within established frameworks and under the guidance of senior product leaders\nKeep stakeholders informed and engaged without compromising team autonomy\nCollaborate cross-functionally with claims operations, marketing, sales, and customer success teams\nContribute to quarterly planning by connecting team-level initiatives to company OKRs\nRepresent the product during customer calls, internal and external meetings, and other key events\nSupport product leadership in developing, communicating, and executing the strategy for property estimating solutions\nAdditional responsibilities include completing all performance objectives, special projects, and other duties as assigned. experience and training\n1-3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, UX, or technical roles\nProficiency in leveraging AI to achieve improved results\nDemonstrate proficiency in product discovery to define problems, understand users, and deliver business outcomes \nSolid grasp of agile and product operating model principles\nExcellent communication skills for storytelling, alignment, and documentation\nA growth mindset with high curiosity and humility\nIntermediate understanding of property claims, restoration, and contracting industries preferred\nUnderstanding of Xactware's core products and insurance estimating concepts preferred\nExperience with product analytics tools \nAbility to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously\nStrong time and priority management skills\nExperience with Agile work management and issue tracking tools such as JIRA\nWillingness to travel occasionally for customer research or industry
