Compliance, and business stakeholders.\nThis position is partially remote and requires strong independence, reliability, and clear communication, given the distributed nature of the SSP team and our global stakeholders.\nContract Intake & Validation (ServiceNow SSP Queue)\nReview and validate incoming SSP contract requests submitted in ServiceNow.\nConfirm request type (NDA, MSA, LA, SOW, Amendment) and ensure all required information is provided.\nCommunicate with requesters to obtain and clarify missing details or correct ticket entries prior to drafting.\nReview of Standard Contract Types\nUse Verisk-approved templates and apply appropriate clauses using:\no SSP Contract Clause Playbook\no US MSA Playbook\no US Insurance Playbook\nEnsure accurate completion of template fields, supplier details, commercial terms, and risk-related requirements.\nIncorporate guidance from prior redlines, negotiations, and best practices shared within SSP.\nCross-Functional Routing & Approvals\nRoute non-standard terms to:\no Legal via Legal Front Door (LFD) Smartsheet ticket\no Privacy, Security, Insurance, Compliance, or Procurement teams as needed\nTrack review timelines and follow up with internal teams to ensure progression of contract workflows.\nRecord all communications and actions in ServiceNow.\nSupplier Communication & Negotiation Support\nSend drafts and redlines to suppliers while maintaining professionalism and consistency with Verisk standards.\nSupport negotiations by identifying non-standard terms and escalating them appropriately.\nFacilitate alignment between supplier feedback and internal stakeholder expectations.\nSignature & Execution\nPrepare final documents for signature through DocuSign or Icertis.\nConfirm all required internal approvals have been obtained prior to sending for signature.\nEnsure executed agreements are properly stored in the Icertis repository and attached to ServiceNow tickets.\nTicket Closure & Documentation\nUpdate ServiceNow with detailed notes, final documents, and confirmation of completion.\nClose tickets only after verifying that the executed contract is stored and all steps have been followed.\nMaintain a complete audit trail according to SSP process standards.\nCross-Team Collaboration\nPartner closely with SSP leadership, Contract Specialists, Category Managers, and requesters across Verisk business units.\nParticipate in knowledge-sharing sessions, calibration meetings, and process improvement discussions.\nBachelor’s degree in business, Law, Procurement, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience\n5-10 years of experience in enterprise contract administration, including MSAs, Agreements for Services (AFS), License Agreements, Data, Cloud and AI Agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), Order Forms (OFs), and RFPs\nFluency in English, both written and verbal\nStrong understanding of contract terminology, workflow sequencing, and end to end contract review processes in both English and German is a must.\nHigh attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities simultaneously\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience operating in a global, cross functional environment\nAbility to work independently at a remote capacity, with availability between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. US EST.\nDemonstrated ability to independently manage contracts through execution, escalate legal or risk issues appropriately, and maintain accurate documentation in contract management systems\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Oracle, Icertis, DocuSign, ServiceNow, or similar contract systems.\nPrior experience applying contract playbooks or negotiating standard agreements.\nComfort supporting stakeholder meetings and supplier discussions.\nExperience with negotiation of contract
