The DevOps Engineer I will also participate in the continuous growth and improvement of our internal processes using automation and exciting new technologies.\n Monitor, troubleshoot, deliver and support development, staging, and production environments on AWS for both internal development and customer projects\nTroubleshoot and resolve assigned support tickets submitted by internal development teams and customers.\nAssist in security, infrastructure, and general IT rollouts and implementation efforts\nDocument procedures, configurations, and best practices.\nParticipate in an on-call rotation to provide off-hours support to internal development teams and customers.\n Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field required.\n\nBasic understanding of Windows Administration, Linux Administration, and IIS Management.\n\nKnowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and general cloud computing concepts -
