with PPC requirements.\n Client Consultation & Field AnalysisConsult with municipal officials, fire departments, and water authorities to collect and validate data related to fire protection services\nConduct onsite evaluations and remote assessments of community fire protection systems\n\nEmergency Communications EvaluationAnalyze communications resources and procedures related to fire alarm dispatch operations\nAssess system effectiveness, response protocols, and operational capabilities\n\nFire Department AssessmentEvaluate fire department equipment, staffing levels, training programs, and geographic distribution of resources\nReview operational readiness and alignment with industry standards and PPC criteria\n\nWater Supply & Infrastructure AnalysisAssess water supply networks, including hydrant distribution and system reliability\nPerform or interpret hydraulic analysis to determine water system capacity and fire flow adequacy\nEvaluate overall infrastructure supporting fire suppression capabilities\n\nData Collection & DocumentationCompile, analyze, and document findings in detailed reports that support PPC classifications\nEnsure all documentation meets internal quality standards and client expectations\n\nBuilding & Risk Information ReviewGather and evaluate relevant building data and property characteristics associated with PPC requirements\nSupport risk assessment activities by providing accurate and actionable insights\n\n Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Fire Science, Engineering, Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field\nExperience in fire protection systems, municipal services, water systems, or insurance risk assessment preferred\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical data\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, concise reports\nProficiency with data collection tools, mapping systems, and standard business software\nAbility to work independently in a field-based environment and manage territory-based responsibilities\nValid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory\nWorking Conditions\nFrequent travel to client locations, including municipalities, fire stations, and infrastructure sites\nWork conducted in both office and outdoor environments,
