Once the hire period has ended, you will investigate the claim, challenge what is being charged, and negotiate a fair settlement that minimises the financial impact for our customers.\nYou will review hire, storage and recovery charges in detail, test whether the periods and rates claimed are reasonable, and decide whether storage was applicable at all.\nPrior claims handling experience is preferable, but full training is provided.
