applications.\nEstablish engineering standards, coding practices, and technical governance.\nInfluence strategic technology decisions across multiple teams.\nEngineering Excellence\nDrive modernization initiatives across .NET, desktop and service architectures.\nImprove scalability, resiliency, observability, maintainability, and security.\nChampion DevOps, CI/CD automation, testing strategy, and release quality.\nSolution Design\nDesign scalable, high-performance software solutions.\nLead system decomposition and integration strategies.\nDrive adoption of reusable frameworks and shared components.\nDelivery & Execution\nProvide technical leadership for large programs and critical initiatives.\nPartner with Product Owners and Team Leads to translate business goals into technical solutions.\nResolve complex production and architecture challenges.\nMentoring & Organizational Impact\nMentor senior engineers and technical leads.\nRaise overall engineering maturity across teams.\nSupport hiring, technical interviews, and talent development.\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.\n12+ years of software engineering experience.\nExpert-level C# and .NET experience.\nStrong knowledge of:\no Desktop application development (WPF preferred)\no Software architecture and design patterns\no Distributed systems\no REST APIs and microservices\no SQL Server or equivalent databases\no CI/CD and DevOps practices\no AWS cloud services\nProven experience leading architecture across large systems.\nPreferred\nExperience with Xactimate/X1 domain.\nInsurance or Claims industry experience.\nExperience driving modernization programs.\nExperience working with globally distributed
