You’ll be solving engineering challenges that have a clear business purpose rather than working on infrastructure in isolation.\nYou’ll also have the scope expected of a genuinely senior engineering position: ownership of important production environments, influence over engineering standards, exposure to modern cloud and AI technologies, and the opportunity to make improvements that benefit multiple engineering teams.\nFor someone who enjoys being hands-on but also wants to shape how DevOps and platform engineering evolve, this role offers the chance to build things that last and see the impact of your work over time.\n#LI-SD2 #LI-Hybrid\nDesign, build, and support AWS cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes platforms running in production.\nBuild and maintain reusable Infrastructure as Code patterns using Terraform and OpenTofu.\nDevelop automation using Ansible to reduce manual effort and improve consistency across environments.\nImprove and standardize CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, quality controls, and delivery practices.\nImprove the developer experience through automation, self-service capabilities, clear documentation, and platform tooling.\nHelp define and promote engineering standards across infrastructure, Kubernetes, security, governance, and software delivery.\nSupport the responsible adoption of AI technologies, including integrations, governance, observability, and cost management.\nStrengthen monitoring, alerting, observability, and operational visibility across business-critical platforms.\nInvestigate and resolve complex infrastructure, deployment, configuration, and application issues.\nProvide advanced technical support for platform and production challenges.\nMentor other engineers, share technical knowledge, and contribute to engineering decisions across teams.\nYou’ll bring strong technical depth together with a practical approach to problem-solving. You’re comfortable taking ownership of production environments, investigating issues across infrastructure and application layers, and finding opportunities to automate rather than repeatedly solve the same problem manually.\nYou’ll ideally have:\n5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or a similar role.\nStrong hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.\nExperience supporting and improving business-critical production environments.\nStrong knowledge of CI/CD principles and engineering automation, ideally including Azure DevOps pipelines.\nExperience improving developer productivity through platform tooling, reusable engineering patterns, and automation.\nKnowledge of infrastructure standards, cloud security controls, governance, and operational practices.\nStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across infrastructure, applications, deployments, and configuration.\nThe ability to understand and navigate application code when investigating platform-related issues.\nAn automation-first approach and a genuine interest in continually improving how engineering teams build, deploy, and operate software.\nNice to have\nExperience in any of the following would be valuable, but you don’t need to have everything on the list:\nAmazon EKS.\nAzure DevOps, including pipelines, permissions, and integrations.\nAI platforms, LLM gateways, AI governance, FinOps, or AI observability.\nTechnical mentoring, coaching, or engineering leadership.\nObservability and incident management tooling such as
