backend applications using Node.js.\n\n- Own backend architecture and contribute to solution design for new product features.\n\n- Lead end-to-end product development from requirement gathering to deployment.\n\n- Collaborate with Product, Business, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.\n\n- Build secure, reliable, and high-performance APIs and microservices.\n\n- Optimize databases, caching, and asynchronous processing for scalability.\n\n- Ensure clean code, code reviews, testing, and engineering best practices.\n\n- Explore and implement AI-driven solutions and automation where applicable.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n- 4-5 years of experience in backend development.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and Microservices.\n\n- Good working knowledge of Python.\n\n- Experience in Solution Architecture and designing scalable distributed systems.\n\n- Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases, Redis, queues, caching, and asynchronous processing.\n\n- Experience with AWS/GCP, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud-native development.\n\n- Good understanding of system design, performance optimization, and scalability.\n\n- Exposure to AI/LLMs or automation frameworks is a plus.\n\n- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.\n\nPreferred Candidate:\n\n- Strong ownership mindset with a product-focused approach.\n\n- Experience working in fast-paced startup or product-based environments.\n\n- Able to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\n\n- Passionate
