Our talented and dedicated professionals are committed to making an impact every day.\nCompany Culture Guidelines & Values:\nWe empower and support our colleagues\nWe commit to client success at every turn\nWe have the courage to do the right thing\nWe encourage an inclusive environment where our colleagues feel respected, engaged, and challenged.\nWe constantly acquire new skills and learn from our experiences to enhance our collective expertise\nProject Engineer Responsibilities:\nSupport equipment installation, commissioning, startup, and qualification activities.\nTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, controls, instrumentation, sensors, servos, pneumatics, and automation issues.\nExecute equipment functional testing and CQV protocols, including IQ/OQ and performance testing.\nReview equipment designs, specifications, drawings, manuals, and control documentation.\nPartner with vendors and internal engineering teams to identify root causes and implement equipment improvements.\nSupport equipment integration, optimization, and production ramp-up activities.\nDocument technical issues, test results, deviations, and corrective actions in a GMP environment.\nProvide hands-on engineering support during 2nd/3rd shift commissioning and production activities.\nRequirements:\n2-5 years of experience in equipment engineering, manufacturing engineering, CQV, commissioning, automation, or validation.\nExperience troubleshooting automated manufacturing or packaging equipment.\nStrong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, automation, and industrial controls.\nExperience with GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or similar manufacturing environments.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on engineering approach.\nAbility to work independently and effectively with cross-functional teams and equipment vendors.\nExperience with ATS, IMA, Dividella, or similar automated packaging/assembly equipment is preferred.\nWillingness to work 2nd and/or 3rd shift.\n For US geography, the salary range for this position is shown below.
