Our talented and dedicated professionals are committed to making an impact every day.\nCompany Culture Guidelines & Values:\nWe empower and support our colleagues\nWe commit to client success at every turn\nWe have the courage to do the right thing\nWe encourage an inclusive environment where our colleagues feel respected, engaged, and challenged.\nWe constantly acquire new skills and learn from our experiences to enhance our collective expertise\nProject Engineer Responsibilities:\nPerform hands-on troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical support for analytical equipment used in pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturing.\n\nSupport a variety of analytical instruments, including cell counters, metabolite analyzers, blood gas analyzers, osmometers, spectrophotometers, endotoxin analyzers, TOC analyzers, and filter integrity testers.\n\nLead and support commissioning, qualification, validation (CQV), and decommissioning activities for analytical equipment.\n\nCoordinate with equipment vendors to resolve technical issues, perform repairs, and improve equipment reliability.\n\nExecute and manage preventative maintenance activities, equipment inspections, and spare parts inventory.\n\nReview and maintain qualification documentation, SOPs, equipment records, and associated GMP documentation.\n\nPerform user access audits, password management, and other equipment compliance activities.\n\nCollaborate with Analytical, Engineering, Instrumentation, and Manufacturing teams to ensure equipment availability and operational efficiency.\n\nDevelop and execute project plans, schedules, and equipment improvement initiatives.\n\nSupport analytical equipment across multiple manufacturing buildings while managing competing project priorities.\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline preferred.\n\n5+ years of relevant experience supporting analytical equipment in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or GMP-regulated manufacturing environment preferred.\n\nDemonstrated hands-on experience troubleshooting analytical or in-process testing equipment.\n\nExperience supporting commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) of analytical instrumentation.\n\nStrong understanding of GMP requirements, preventative maintenance, and equipment documentation.\n\nProven ability to perform root cause analysis and coordinate technical troubleshooting with equipment vendors.\n\nExperience providing direct equipment support within an active manufacturing environment.\n\nStrong communication, organizational, and project management skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple technical projects in a deadline-driven environment.\n\nOnsite job requirement in Thousand Oaks, CA five days per week.\n For US geography, the salary range for this position is shown below.
