As an Accounts Payable Intern, you will contribute to a key function that supports our international operations and ensures financial excellence across the Group.\nLocation\nPositions will be based in Lisbon, Portugal.\nCandidate Profile\nKey Responsibilities\nSupporting the Procure-to-Pay (P2P)/AP process, including invoice reception and processing\n\nActing as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders\n\nReviewing and ensuring correct cost center and account classification on purchase orders\n\nSupporting daily operational activities within the team\n\nPerforming ad hoc Accounts Payable and Procurement tasks as required\n\nCollaborating with local finance specialists (accounting, tax, annual reporting) to ensure compliance with local legislation\n\nWe are looking for proactive, enthusiastic self-starters with a strong willingness to learn and a business mindset focused on creating value.\nFinal year students or recent graduates in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Management, or related fields.\n\nStrong interest in finance and accounting processes\n\nFluent written and spoken English (Portuguese is a plus)\n\nAnalytical, methodical and detail-oriented\n\nComfortable working with different IT systems\n\nWell-organized, proactive and eager to suggest process improvements\n\nPositive attitude and strong team spirit\n\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced international environment\n\nStrong fit with our Company DNA\nEverything we do is driven by our DNA - the foundation of our long-standing double-digit growth and continued success.\nPassionate in Everything We Do: Our people have a sense of energy that is unmistakable, one that drives us to delight our customers and focus on creating impact quickly.\n\nCommitted to Making a Difference: When we say we will do something; we deliver with excellence.
