About The Role We now have the opportunity for an AI Engineer - Agentic Systems & LLMs to join our Technology Department. Location: Verisure Tech Hub - Alicante. The role will be based at our new technology site in Alicante. Backed by over 1,700 technologists worldwide and powered by one of Europe’s largest IoT platforms. Your Future Team You will join our IT Telephony team, the team responsible for Verisure’s contact center platform across 18 countries. The team designs and delivers AI-powered conversational solutions that enhance customer interactions and support our teams, combining agentic AI with our contact center ecosystem to deliver scalable, secure and multilingual solutions.
