Someone who can transform strategic objectives into impactful campaigns, connect multiple stakeholders around a shared vision and ensure flawless execution from concept to launch.\nWhat you will do\nTranslate brand and campaign strategies into inspiring and actionable creative briefs, defining communication objectives, key messages and target audiences.\nLead the creative development process for integrated campaigns, working closely with internal stakeholders and external creative partners.\nChallenge and guide creative agencies throughout the development process to ensure campaigns are distinctive, effective and aligned with our brand ambitions.\nOwn campaign execution from approved concept through to launch, coordinating the creation of campaign assets across multiple channels.\nAct as the central point of contact between brand, media, production and internal channel teams to ensure smooth collaboration and delivery.\nManage timelines, budgets, approvals and deliverables while balancing quality, speed and efficiency. \nDrive the 360° activation of campaigns across TV, radio, digital, social media, website and other touchpoints.\nSupport the development of social media and lead generation creatives, ensuring consistency in brand identity, tone of voice and messaging.\nMonitor campaign performance together with media and marketing teams and contribute to post-campaign evaluations and learnings.\nContinuously identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness, creative execution and customer engagement.\nWho we are looking for\n5+ years of experience in campaign management, brand activation, advertising, creative project management or integrated marketing.\nStrong experience translating business objectives and consumer insights into clear and inspiring creative briefs.\nExcellent understanding of creative development, with the ability to evaluate, challenge and improve creative concepts.\nProven track record of working successfully with creative agencies and production partners. \nStrong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, priorities and deadlines simultaneously.\nA proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset. \nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve quickly.\nFluent in Dutch with strong English skills.
