for\nDegree in quantitative fields: Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar.\nStrong experience in data analysis and interpretation of business KPIs.\nKnowledge and practical experience with analytics tools (SQL, Python, Power BI / Tableau or similar).\nInterest and experience in applying AI techniques and advanced models, always with a business focus (not an academic profile).\nHigh ability to synthesize complex information and convert it into clear messages for non-technical audiences.\nExperience creating executive presentations and presenting conclusions to senior stakeholders.\nContinuous improvement mindset, critical thinking, and impact orientation.\nStrong communication skills, autonomy, and an end-to-end vision of data.\nFluent in English and Spanish (C1+), with experience working in international and cross-functional environments\nNice to have\nExperience using AI to automate analysis, generate insights, or improve analytical efficiency.\nKnowledge of cloud environments, large-scale data management, or analytical pipelines.\nPrevious experience in product, operations, or business environments.\nAbility to prioritize and
