You will be responsible for providing a 360° support, guaranteeing optimal management of daily activities and internal and external relationships.\nAre you ready to step into a key position where every detail matters and every action makes a difference?\nMain Responsibilities:\nAgenda and priorities management: Planning and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring deadlines are met.\nTravel and logistics organization: Booking, itineraries, and logistical arrangements.\nCommunication and liaison: Coordinating communications between the Senior Executive and internal/external stakeholders, filtering information and requests.\nRequirements:\nProven experience as EA (Executive Assistant) and PA (Personal Assistant) of a C-Level Senior Executive, preferably in international organizations, private banking, consulting, or similar.\nExcellent command of English, and Spanish (written and spoken).
