The position will be based in Malmö or Madrid.\nThe successful candidate will help shape the compliance and risk governance framework supporting AI across Verisure and partner with colleagues across the Company on AI assessments. important capability across Verisure's products, operations and internal business processes.\nVerisure takes its commitment to trustworthy and ethical deployment of AI seriously and has committed to proactively implementing key elements of the EU AI Act.\nResponsibilities\nSupport the development and continuous improvement of Verisure's AI Compliance and Risk Governance Framework.\nConduct legal assessments of AI use cases through Verisure's governance platform.\nProvide practical legal guidance to business stakeholders throughout the AI assessment and approval process.\nCollaborate with Data Protection, Information Security, Compliance and other governance functions.\nSupport the review, drafting and negotiation of AI-related contracts and supplier arrangements.\nAdvise on legal, regulatory and contractual aspects of AI systems and services.\nProvide legal guidance to AI Officers and business stakeholders across the Group.\nDevelop and deliver AI legal training and awareness materials.\nSupport regulatory affairs and public policy activities related to AI.\nContribute to recurring AI governance meetings, reporting activities and broader Legal team initiatives.\nCandidate Profile\nThe successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with experience advising in one or more areas of AI, technology law and digital regulation, together with a genuine enthusiasm for emerging technologies.\nThe ideal candidate will have:\nA law degree and up to 5 years' post-qualification experience.\nExperience in AI, technology law, digital regulation, commercial contracts, intellectual property, software and SaaS transactions or related areas.\nExperience working with cross-functional stakeholders in an international environment.\nStrong legal drafting, analytical and communication skills.\nFluency in English.\nCompetencies\nIntellectual curiosity and interest in emerging technologies.\nAbility to explain complex legal issues in a practical and commercially relevant
