You will be exposed to strategic HR initiatives, talent management, organizational development, employee experience, and people analytics while learning how HR can driveglobalbusiness impact in a technology driven organization.\nKey responsibilities\nThe main tasks and projectswillinclude:\nParticipate in HR projects to gain exposure to different areas of the employee lifecycle.\n\nGain exposure to how HRBPs support global technology organizations and partner with business leaders.\n\nLearn how HR metrics are used to support decision making.\n\nSupport the management of talent, performance, engagement, organizational design, and development initiatives internationally.\n\nCollaborate with HR colleagues and stakeholders across multiple countries.\n\nLearn how data-driven HR practices contribute to business success.\n\nSupport HRBPs in preparing presentations, communications and project materials.\n\nSupport employer branding and engagement initiatives.\n\nHelp coordinate meetings, workshops and HR events.\n\nAssist in gathering and organizing HR data.\n\nSupport the preparation of reports and presentations.\n\nSupport documentation and creation of communication materials.\n\nLocation\nThe position is full-time and based in Madrid (Spain), under a hybrid work from home policy of 2 days at home per week with two weeks per year to work wherever you prefer.\nCandidate profile\nWe are looking for someone who is eager to learn, curious, analytical, and excited about working in a global technology environment.\nCurrently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\nExcellent written and spoken English and Spanish.
