You'll analyze data and create presentations for our management team.\nHR systems (Workday): running reports, data quality checks, follow up on completion of assigned tasks, maintaining the org structures, employee support with ad-hoc requests.\nEnhance Employee Experience: Review employee survey results, track progress, and help design impactful action plans.\nAssist with Recruitment: Create job postings, monitor open positions, and support the onboarding process.\nProvide Employee Support: Address daily HR-related questions and concerns.\nCandidate profile\nQualifications\nWe are looking for a motivated, high potential / top performer individual who will have the opportunity to learn from a growing organization and have a real impact on the business.\nFinal year’s master’s students in a relevant analytical discipline (human resources, business administration, organizational psychology or similar) and a strong academic track record.\nMBA or HR / business-related previous internship or project will be a strong asset.\n Excellent MS Office skills (Word, PPT, Excel). It will be part of your daily work.\nProficiency in English (oral and writing), willingness to occasionally travel.
