This role offers exposure to HR technology, talent acquisition transformation, international stakeholder management, and large-scale change initiatives. The successful candidate will contribute to a strategic project aimed at optimizing recruitment processes and enhancing the talent acquisition ecosystem across the organization.\nKey responsibilities\nSupport the implementation and deployment of a new recruitment AI based system across multiple countries and business units.\nCoordinate activities between HR, IT teams and vendors.\nContribute to system configuration, testing, validation, and deployment activities.\nDrive process mapping, and change management initiatives.\nFacilitate training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.\nHelp ensure a smooth transition from legacy processes and systems.\nDrive key activities related to the transition between recruitment systems, including business readiness, UATs, go-live coordination and KPIs definition.\nLocation\nMadrid (Hybrid)\nCandidate Profile\nExperience and Qualifications\nMinimum qualifications\nAdvanced Excel level (vlookups, pivot tables etc.) \nAdvanced knowledge of Power Point\nExcellent written and spoken English and Spanish\nAbility to frame problems breaking, them into pieces\nHigh developed analytical capabilities and attention to detail\nAbility to work in a challenging team, under tight deadlines\nAbility to adapt quickly to changes and requirements, entrepreneurial \nAdvanced communication skills\nCustomer oriented\nWillingness to Learn: A proactive, positive attitude with a strong desire to develop new skills.\nStrong stakeholder management skills.\nTeam player\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Engineering, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.\nExposure to HR processes, talent acquisition, or digital transformation projects.\nExperience working with international stakeholders.\nAbout Verisure\nVerisure is the leading European provider of professionally monitored security systems with 24/7 response services.
