The Junior AP Accountant will be a key member of the team and play a critical role to achieve this objective.\nResponsibilities will include, among others:\nP2P process: receiving and processing invoices, assure smooth communication between all stakeholders\nReview and assure proper classification of cost center and accounts on POs\nWeekly and Month-end closing procedures including aging reports\nProcess Payments\nPerforming ad hoc Accounts Payable and Procurement duties as required\nReconcile AP accounts on a monthly basis\nAssist manager and peers on the daily activity\nCollaboration with local finance specialists to accounting, tax, annual reports etc. to ensure adherence to local legislation\nRequirements:\n3 to 4 years of previous relevant experience within an international, fast-paced company\nGood level of English is mandatory \nExperience as an ERP user (ORACLE, SAP, SAGE, or other)\nGood MsOffice skills (particularly in Excel)\nFlexibility and ability to work autonomously, liaising with stakeholders based abroad\nAttention to detail and ability to solve problems and prioritize requests\nAbility to strive in a fast-paced international/multicultural complex environment\nEager to learn and grow with the team\nExperience and Qualifications\nWe see this role as critical for the achievement of Verisure’s growth and organizational transformation goals while Group Accounting aims for centralization and automation.\nAs a result, we are looking for a self-starter andhigh potential / top performer individual who will combine Accounting knowledge with a proactive business mindset focused on driving value to the business.\n3 to 4 years of previous relevant experience within an international, fast-paced company\nGood level of English is mandatory\nExperience as an ERP user (ORACLE, SAP, SAGE)\nGood MsOffice skills (particularly in Excel)\nCompetencies\nFlexibility and ability to work autonomously, liaising with stakeholders based abroad\nAttention to detail and ability to solve problems and prioritize requests\nAbility to strive in a fast-paced international/multicultural complex environment\nEager to learn and grow with the team\nStrong fit with our Company DNA\nPassionate in Everything We Do: Our people have a sense of energy that is unmistakable, one that drives us to delight our customers and focus on creating impact quickly.\nCommitted to Making a Difference: When we say we will do something; we deliver with excellence.
