Our strong and visionary Management Team is now supporting the business’ next phase of growth with a robust business plan for value creation.\nThis is a unique opportunity to join our Indirect Procurement team.\nHis/her responsibilities will be among others:\nCollaborate, support and influence across the whole P2P process, from purchase requisition and negotiation, to purchase order, of several indirect procurement spends (for instance could be IT, Telecommunication’s, facility management and office costs, marketing, car fleet, financial services, etc)\nSupport the new ERP Oracle implementation and change management.\nBe part of tender’s executions (RFPs), negotiation with internal stakeholders and suppliers, and supplier qualification and selection.\nEnsure process and policy compliance.\nEnsure compliance and qualification processes.\nGather specifications of products and services required by business areas.\nDrafting contracts and negotiating agreements with suppliers in coordination with Legal counsel and internal stakeholders.\nSupport in market and spend analysis.\nDevelop solutions that meet the organization needs and results.\nIdentify and anticipate issues in the execution of the projects, identify and implement solutions, escalate as required.\nIdentify risks and escalate them to Manager.\nFollow risk mitigation actions & processes defined.\nManage issues with suppliers, monitor periodically agreements and supplier evaluation, including monitor supplier performance in line with the scope of services agreed.\nSupporting the elaboration of the Group Procurement Plan.\nPropose improvements in the Procurement department, processes and policies.\nReport as needed on all areas of responsibility\nLocation\nThe role is based in Madrid\nReports and organization structure\nThe Intern buyer will report to Procurement Manager\nCandidate profile\nExperiences and Qualifications\nUniversity Degree, preferably Graduate or Bachelor in IT, Engineering, Business or Economy Postgraduate degree would be valued if related to the role.\nAdvanced level on Microsoft Office. In particular Excel and PowerPoint.\nSpanish and English. Very high level on both languages.
