This is a highly visible role at the intersection of technology, business, data governance, and compliance, offering a unique opportunity to shape AI-driven solutions that deliver tangible business impact across the organization.\nAs the central point of contact for AI initiatives, you will drive prioritization, governance, product delivery, and continuous improvement, while collaborating closely with stakeholders across multiple business functions and markets.\nWhat you'll be doing\nOwn and coordinate AI product demand across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities.\nManage and prioritize product backlogs, maintaining transparency and clear communication with stakeholders.\nDefine and implement data governance frameworks and policies for AI initiatives.\nPartner with Legal and Security teams to ensure GDPR and regulatory compliance across all AI products.\nLead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, roadmap planning, prioritization, delivery, and product evolution.\nDefine, validate, and manage product budgets, ensuring effective cost control and value generation.\nCollaborate with international cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and sustainable AI solutions.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize product performance, adoption, and business impact.\nWhile the role is primarily product and technology focused, the Product Manager is expected to have a good understanding of budget forecasting, investment planning, ROI assessment, and cost attribution\nGood fit if you have\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, Business, or a related field.3+ years of experience managing engineering, technology, or digital transformation projects.\nStrong understanding of project and product lifecycles, methodologies, governance, and performance metrics.\nFluent in both English and Spanish (C1 level or above).\nExperience working with Agile methodologies and hybrid delivery models.\nHands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.\nProven ability to manage international stakeholders and cross-border initiatives.\nNice to Have\nKnowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.\nFamiliarity with AI ecosystems and services, includingAWS SageMaker or Hugging Face.\nExperience working with SQL/NoSQL databases.\nExposure to modern data platforms and technologies such as Databricks, Spark, Kafka, or similar tools.\nAbout you\nYou are a proactive and driven professional who thrives in dynamic and complex environments.
