You are comfortable coordinating multiple projects, working with international teams and managing stakeholders with different priorities.\nIf you enjoy bringing business and technology together, taking ownership of projects and making things happen in a dynamic environment, this role is for you.\nJob Purpose\nWe have an opportunity for a Project Manager - Business Systems, based in Malmö, Sweden.\nYou will be responsible for coordinating technology and business systems projects from planning through to completion, working closely with software development teams, technical leads and business stakeholders across multiple countries.\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join an international environment where you will manage several projects simultaneously, contribute to planning and prioritization, and help deliver solutions that support our business operations and customer-facing functions.\nMain Responsibilities\nEnd-to-End Project Management: Coordinate projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring objectives and deliverables are achieved.\nProject Planning and Monitoring: Define project plans, milestones, timelines, resources and deliverables, monitoring progress and addressing deviations.\nManaging Multiple Projects: Oversee several projects simultaneously, maintaining visibility of priorities, dependencies, risks and progress.\nStakeholder Management: Work closely with business stakeholders and teams across different countries to understand requirements, manage expectations and facilitate decision-making.\nCross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate software developers, technical leads and business teams, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.\nRisk and Dependency Management: Identify potential risks, blockers and dependencies, coordinating actions to keep projects on track.\nScope and Change Management: Monitor project scope and requirements, supporting changes and adapting plans as business priorities evolve.\nBudget and Resource Planning: Contribute to budget preparation, resource planning and initiatives for the following financial year.\nProgress Reporting: Keep stakeholders and management informed about project status, milestones, risks, outstanding decisions and changes.\nContinuous Improvement: Help improve project management practices, ways of working and collaboration across Business Systems and the wider organization.\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience managing technology, IT or business systems projects from planning through to delivery.\nStrong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nExperience coordinating cross-functional teams and working with technical and business stakeholders.\nUnderstanding of software development environments and technology projects.\nExperience managing project timelines, scope, risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.\nStrong communication, problem-solving and prioritization skills.\nAbility to work independently, take ownership and adapt to changing business needs.\nExperience working in an international environment with geographically distributed teams.\nGood command of English.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with both Agile and traditional project management methodologies.\nFamiliarity with budget planning, resource allocation and project reporting.\nExperience working in technology companies, IT departments or business systems environments.\nA proactive, flexible and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive collaboration.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and requirements can change.\nStrong Fit with Our Company DNA\nPassionate in Everything We Do: Our people have a sense of energy that is unmistakable, driving us to delight our customers and focus on creating impact quickly.\nCommitted to Making a Difference: When we say we will do something, we deliver with excellence.
