As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Performance Marketing Senior Lead who will take ownership of our push marketing channels and play a key role in accelerating customer acquisition and business growth.\nIn this position, you'll have the freedom to shape channel strategies, optimise campaigns, lead testing initiatives and work closely with internal teams and external partners to maximise performance.\nWhat you'll be doing\nAs our Performance Marketing Senior Lead, you'll be responsible for the performance of our paid marketing channels from end to end. You'll combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and continuously look for opportunities to improve results.\nYour responsibilities include:\nOwning the performance of our push marketing channels, including Paid Social, Display, Video, Affiliate Marketing and Email.\nDeveloping channel strategies that drive sustainable growth, lead generation and marketing efficiency.\nManaging budgets and taking full accountability for campaign performance and ROI.\nIdentifying performance gaps, analysing root causes and implementing optimisation initiatives.\nBuilding testing frameworks and experimentation roadmaps to continuously improve campaign performance.\nManaging relationships with agencies and affiliate partners, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable results.\nCollaborating closely with teams across SEO, SEM, CRO, Brand and Marketing Operations to maximise overall business performance.\nTranslating data into actionable insights and presenting clear recommendations to key stakeholders.\nWho you are\nYou're commercially driven, analytical and enjoy taking ownership. You don't wait for problems to arise-you proactively identify opportunities and take action to improve performance.\nYou'll also bring:\n3-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing.\nStrong expertise across Paid Social and other push marketing channels.\nExperience working with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and performance reporting tools.\nA proven track record of managing and optimising performance marketing campaigns.\nStrong analytical skills and experience using data to drive business decisions.\nExperience with A/B testing, experimentation and continuous optimisation.\nExperience working with agencies and/or affiliate partners.\nExposure to broader commercial or business responsibilities, such as contributing to growth strategy, cross-functional initiatives or business decision-making, is considered a strong advantage.\nExcellent communication skills in English.
