Working with Verisure is being part of an industry-leading, world-class company that has a strong entrepreneurial spirit.\nMain Responsibilities\nWe are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our Marketing & Sales team, who will be responsible for the quality of a strategic project involving three development Squads, ensuring consistent standards, shared knowledge, and the adoption of AI-driven testing practices across the initiative.\nThis role will be part of the Marketing & Sales domain, reporting functionally to the QA Lead and organizationally to the Team Leader of the Marketing domain.\nSupport to the end-to-end quality of the strategic project, acting as the single point of accountability for QA across the three development Squads involved.\n\nPromote cross-Squad knowledge sharing among the QA engineers of each Squad, fostering a culture where everyone understands the full scope of the project so that all QAs know about all parts of the system (\"everyone knows everything\").\n\nAlign the implementation and tools used with the QA discipline in the company. Collaborate with the discipline to create best-in-class QA processes.\n\nCo-lead the execution of the QA strategy and the implementation of this way of working in each Squad, aligned with the priorities and situation of each project.\n\nWork together with the Service/Maintenance team, QA team and developers to drive production bugs to zero.\n\nImplement a continuous improvement mindset within the QA team and other members of the project with the objective of maximizing quality in production.\n\nImprove testing processes, including the implementation of E2E scenarios covering critical processes.\n\nAct as the project's champion for AI adoption in QA, actively promoting how AI can help the team in test automation and the generation of test/use cases.\n\nBring hands-on experience with agentic AI, having previously used agentic AI solutions to make testing more efficient in complex projects, and apply that experience to accelerate testing across the three Squads.\n\nSupport QA Leads with strategic vision and leadership, enabling alignment, collaboration, and consistent execution of quality objectives across the platform.\n\nRequirements\nMaster/B.A. in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications.\n\nEnglish B2.\n\n5+ years' experience in QA, with proven experience coordinating quality across multiple teams or squads.\n\n8+ years' experience in testing.\n\nProven, hands-on experience with agentic AI tools applied to testing, using them to improve efficiency in complex projects.\n\nStrong interest and experience in promoting AI-driven test automation and AI-assisted test/use case generation.\n\nExperience with testing plugins in JIRA, Confluence.\n\nExperience with testing automation tools ( WebdriverIO, RestAssured, Playwright).\n\nExperience working in international, multi-team environments.\n\nExperience with Agile Methodologies/SDLC, Shift Left and tools: JIRA, Confluence, etc.\n\nAbility to clearly communicate with peers, managers and senior managers.\n\nAbility to quickly adopt and champion new technologies, particularly AI-based tools.\n\nOther Competencies:\nService culture, continuous improvement mindset.\n\nCritical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex issues involving data movement and data replication.\n\nProactive and dynamic person.\n\nMust be a self-starter as well as a good team player.\n\nGood communication skills.\n\nLeadership skills to motivate multi-disciplinar engineers across different Squads to learn new methodologies, including AI-based approaches.\n\nLocation\nThe role will be based in Madrid\nIf you’re not sure you meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply anyway - you might have a good fit for this role or another opportunity within our team.\nVerisure will offer you\nHybrid model Work from home and at our great Madrid offices in Pozuelo de Alarcón (El Barrial- Centro Comercial)\n\nLunch included at our canteen You won’t need to pay for your daily meal when you are at the office!\n\nDynamic and vibrant environment Our office is an open-plan space in which you will be able to interact with the best professionals from different teams at all levels.\n\nInternational stakeholder projects\n\nLearning and training programs\n\nCareer development opportunities\n\nStrong fit with our Company DNA\nPassionate in Everything We Do: Our people bring a contagious energy and a sense of urgency that is unmistakable.
