Working with Verisure is being part of an industry-leading, world-class company that has a strong entrepreneurial spirit.\nAbout the Role:\nWe are seeking Solutions Architects and Enterprise Architects to lead key technological transformation projects, defining end-to-end architectures and working closely with both our Technology teams and Business areas. You’ll be a key mediator, aligning teams, solutions, and technologies to ensure availability, scalability, and performance.\nResponsibilities\nParticipate in the discovery and analysis phases of new products, services, and systems.\n\nDesign end-to-end solutions in on-prem, cloud, or hybrid environments.\n\nMediate between teams to align architectural decisions.\n\nSupport in selecting key technologies and driving prototypes when needed.\n\nContribute to building architecture patterns, reference solutions, architectural principles, technical recommendations, reference architecture, and reference processes among other assets.\n\nBe involved in technology, roadmap planning, and architecture evangelism.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\n10+ years of IT experience.\n\nProven prior experience as an Architect (esp., relevant if part of other portfolio-based industries like utilities, telco, insurance, etc.).\n\nProven prior experience in end-to-end design of complex architectures.\n\nAbility to communicate effectively in English and Spanish with multidisciplinary teams.\n\nExperience with enterprise processes (additional experience around customer journeys will be a plus).\n\nExperience with cloud architecture (Azure, AWS) and agile methodologies.\n\nExpertise in APIS, microservices and event-driven architectures.\n\nKey Skills\nStrong communication skills to explain and convince on technical risks and solutions.\n\nMultitasker, comfortable dealing with multiple initiatives/tasks in parallel.\n\nA hands-on architect who can dive into technical details when necessary.\n\nGoal-oriented work approach with autonomy.\n\nProactive and collaborative, with the ability to mediate between teams.\n\nCurious about new technologies and trends.\n\nLocation \nThe role will be based in Madrid\nIf you’re not sure you meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply anyway - you might have a good fit for this role or another opportunity within our team.\nVerisure will offer you\nHybrid model Work from home and at our great Madrid offices in Pozuelo de Alarcón (El Barrial- Centro Comercial)\n\nLunch included at our canteen You won’t need to pay for your daily meal when you are at the office! :)\n\nDynamic and vibrant environment Our office is an open-plan space in which you will be able to interact with the best professional from different teams at all levels.\n\nInternational stakeholder projects\n\nLearning and training programs\n\nCareer development opportunities\n\nStrong fit with our Company DNA \nPassionate in Everything We Do: Our people bring a contagious energy and a sense of urgency that is unmistakable.
