You will coordinate a distributed team located across Antony, Lille, and Angers while remaining operational and actively supporting the business.\nYou will act as the local point of contact for Workplace and End User Services in France, partnering with business stakeholders, leadership teams, and technical support functions to continuously improve service performance and employee experience.\nThis role offers significant visibility across the organization and the opportunity to work in a complex and dynamic international IT environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nService Delivery & Support Excellence\nEnsure service levels and support commitments are consistently achieved\nAct as the primary escalation point for complex incidents, VIP users, and critical requests\nSupport major incident management and business communications\nMonitor ticket quality, service performance, and customer satisfaction\nOversee the lifecycle management of workplace devices, including laptops, mobile devices, docking stations, and peripherals\nDrive improvements that enhance user experience and reduce support demand\nTeam Coordination\nCoordinate and prioritize daily activities across the France On-Site Support team\nManage workload distribution, backlog reviews, and work-in-progress activities\nSupport team development, onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing\nCoordinate scheduling, availability, and service continuity across locations\nCollaborate closely with global IT Operations teams and key business stakeholders\nContinuous Improvement & Reporting\nTrack operational performance and service metrics\nProduce regular management reports and operational dashboards\nLead initiatives to improve efficiency, service quality, and employee satisfaction\nIdentify recurring issues and implement corrective and preventive actions\nDrive knowledge management and process improvement initiatives\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Experience\n5+ years of experience within IT Support, Service Desk, Workplace Support, or End User Computing environments\nExperience coordinating teams, workloads, or support operations\nStrong technical troubleshooting capabilities across workplace technologies\nExperience supporting executives, VIP users, and business-critical environments\nExperience working with ticketing systems and IT service management processes\nExperience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management solutions\nTechnical Knowledge\nWindows, macOS, and preferably Linux environments\nEndpoint and device lifecycle management\nMicrosoft Intune\nMobile device management\nHardware deployment, replacement, and asset management\nIT support and incident management best practices\nPersonal Attributes\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\nService-minded and customer-focused approach\nExcellent planning and organizational skills\nAbility to work independently and take ownership\nStructured, reliable, and proactive\nContinuous improvement mindset\nComfortable interacting with senior business stakeholders and leadership teams\nLanguage Requirements\nFluent French\nProfessional English\nWhat We Offer\nA key role within one of Verisure's largest markets\nBroad exposure to modern workplace technologies across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments\nThe opportunity to lead and influence local service delivery across multiple locations\nA highly collaborative international environment\nOngoing learning and development opportunities\nRegular travel within France to support and engage with local teams\nLocation\nThis position is based full-time in our Antony office (France).\nPlease note that this is an on-site position, requiring regular presence in the office and occasional travel to our locations in Lille and Angers.\nStrong fit with our Company DNA\nPassionate in Everything We Do: Our people have a sense of energy that is unmistakable, one that drives us to delight our customers and focus on creating impact quickly.\nCommitted to Making a Difference: When we say we will do something; we deliver with excellence.
