You'll sit at the intersection of business strategy and people strategy, helping leaders navigate growth, change, talent development, performance, employee relations, and organizational design. \n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nAs a strategic partner to regional leadership, you will:\nDrive people strategies that support business objectives, organizational growth, employee engagement, and a high-performance culture.\nCoach and influence leaders on organizational design, performance management, talent development, succession planning, change management, and employee relations.\nLead and develop a team of People Partners, fostering collaboration, consistency, and best-practice sharing across the function.\nUse workforce data and analytics to identify trends, guide decision-making, and measure the impact of people initiatives.\nPartner closely with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Learning & Development, and business leaders to deliver an exceptional employee experience across the employee lifecycle.\nSupport acquisitions and integrations, helping new team members successfully transition into the Veritext culture and organization.\nChampion a culture of inclusion, recognition, communication, and continuous improvement in a hybrid work environment.\nLead strategic People projects, programs, and change initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.\n\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.\n7+ years of progressive HR, People Business Partner, or related experience.\n3+ years of people leadership experience.\nDeep expertise in employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and coaching leaders through complex people challenges.\nStrong business acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels through data-driven insights and sound judgment.\nExperience partnering with leaders on organizational design, talent planning, and workforce development.\nExceptional project management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.\nPassion for building inclusive, high-performing teams and cultures.\nWhy You'll Love Working at Veritext\nAt Veritext, we believe great people do their best work when they feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow.
