This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented and changed as necessary.\nAbility to frequently lift, twist and turn, and carry 50 - 75 pounds, manipulate (push and pull) up to 160 pounds of product with material handling equipment, and skids weighing up to 2,000 pounds utilizing pallet jack.\nAbility to repetitively open and close shipping container doors weighing approximately 500 pounds, swing doors weighing approximately 300 pounds, and operate a lift gate.\nWalking/Standing - frequent walking and standing. Standing may be on the ground or while operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE).\nSitting - frequent sitting including at stationary locations and while driving. \nStooping - periodic stooping including need to bend at the waist.\nKneeling on occasion. \nClimbing - frequent climbing, including need to get in and out of the cab and trailer of the truck as well as ability to climb and use 3 points of contact method.\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this job.
