Not an IT role.Job Purpose:\nOur Integration Program Manager will be responsible for supporting the planning, governance, execution, and value realization of enterprise integration initiatives across the Veritiv enterprise. This role blends integration program leadership with disciplined project execution, serving as a critical connector between IMO leadership, functional workstream leaders, Corporate Development, Finance, and acquired company leadership. The primary responsibility will be translating deal objectives into actionable integration plans, milestones, and governance routines that protect business continuity, accelerate synergy capture, and deliver the commitments underlying each transaction.Job Responsibilities:\n•Develop change management strategies based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change.Identify potential risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.\nConduct stakeholder analysis and develop stakeholder engagement plans.\nDesign and implement communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about the change initiative, including objectives, scope, benefits, and progress.\nDevelop training plans to ensure that employees and stakeholders have the necessary knowledge and skills to adopt the change.\nOversee the development and delivery of training programs and materials.\n•Conduct impact analyses to assess the change's effects on employees and the organization.\nAdditional Responsibilities & Qualifications:\n5 to 10 years of program, project, integration, corporate development, strategy, operations, finance, or consulting experience; M&A integration experience preferred.\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Project Management, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.\nDemonstrated executive presence, business and financial acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to influence without direct authority.
