This role partners with Sales, Category Management, and Costing to understand market and cost changes, communicate pricing movements, establish appropriate pricing for new and existing business, and execute accurate pricing updates within Veritiv systems.Job Responsibilities:\n•Manage onboarding process for all new Sales hires.Provide administrative support to all levels of Sales Leadership to include coordination of new customer set-up, fixing invoice discrepancies, creating presentation and correspondence for sales meetings, etc.\nGenerate reporting metrics for Sales Leadership.\nAct as the intermediary between sales and stakeholders in other departments (i.e. Sourcing, Operations, Inventory Management, etc).\nFacilitate CDI and item set up (new, existing and projects).\nHandle coordination of system set up’s (Salesforce.com, eCommerce, etc.), pricing updates and renewals of contracts and deviations.\nCreate and manage reports and tracking of customer programs and managing sales studies (commissions, budgeting, contests, marketing, etc.).\nAssist and implement unique customer programs.\n•All other duties as assigned.\nAdditional Responsibilities & Qualifications:\nWork with category management and Veritiv costing team to understand vendor market announcements and cost increases in real time.\nWork with Sales Managers to keep teams informed of upcoming market moves and announcements.\nWork with Sales Reps to price all new and existing business at responsible margins to maintain integrity and achieve margin enhancement.\nUtilize existing tools to execute price integrity within Veritiv system so that incoming customer PO prices match system pricing without overrides or delay to improve speed to market. •Salary: $71,700 - $84,300 with $3,000 profit sharing bonus opportunity\nWork Experience:\n•5-10 years of related job experience.•Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.•Ability to work quickly and efficiently.•Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.•Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).•Strong planning and organization skills are required.Education:\n•Bachelor's Degree PreferredWhat We Offer\nEngaging and inclusive culture with employee-led Employee Resource Groups, Veritiv Cultural Alliance, recognition platform, etc.\nExtensive training opportunities, professional development programs, career pathing, and mentorship opportunities.\nCollaborative atmosphere with our customers and suppliers to create healthier, safer and more sustainable communities through our responsible operations and innovative solutions.\nHealthcare benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and health savings account), life, AD&D, and disability insurance, 401k, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, employee assistance program, and other fringe benefits.\nAbout Veritiv\nTogether with its subsidiaries, Veritiv is the leading full-service provider of packaging solutions.
