This position requires a competitive and motivated spirit with the drive to solve problems.Job Responsibilities:\n•Generate new leads by researching networking, cold calling, and prospecting.Increase revenue and profitability through the generation of new business and further development of existing accounts.\nExecute sales initiatives to grow sales and profitability within accounts.\nAssist clients in establishing sustainable packaging supply chains.\nUnderstand complex requirements from customers for preparation of packaging solutions and quotes.\nManage customer projects in various industries such as Food, Technology, Healthcare, Automotive, Industrial, etc.\nEducate clients on the latest innovations within our industry.\nWork in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment to create a positive customer experience that results in repeat business.\n•Additional duties as required.\nAdditional Responsibilities & Qualifications:\nGenerate new leads by researching networking, cold calling, and prospecting. •Increase revenue and profitability through the generation of new business and further development of existing accounts. •Execute sales initiatives to grow sales and profitability within accounts. •Assist clients in establishing sustainable packaging supply chains. •Understand complex requirements from customers for preparation of packaging solutions and quotes. •Manage customer projects in various industries such as Food, Technology, Healthcare, Automotive, Industrial, etc. •Educate clients on the latest innovations within our industry. •Packaging experience preferred but not required. •Minimum of 2 years’ experience in new sales/business development. •Ability to use and create customer presentations, quotes, proposals, value logs, etc. •Ability to create and maintain strong relations with customers.\nAbility to work independently, successfully manage accounts, work under pressure, and adapt to changes in the work environment is essential.\nBasic experience of simple office / operational systems.\nWork Experience:\n•1-3 years of related job experience.•Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.•Ability to work in a team environment.•Ability to work quickly and efficiently.•Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.•Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).Education:\n•High School Diploma PreferredPhysical Requirements:\nA significant portion of the job responsibilities will require computer work that involves the continuous use of the fingers, hands, wrists, and sitting for long periods of time. \nThe position also requires frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds.\nThe position requires work in an office as well as travel to customers, suppliers, group meetings, etc.\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this classification.
