analyze large datasets and deliver actionable insights.\n- Provide actionable insights, find ways to optimize based on clients’ success metrics, identify potential issues, and communicate recommendations to both the client and internal teams.\n- Support technical and non-technical issues as reported by clients and help them reach a resolution by liaising with internal teams.\n- Communicate with account managers and address customers' needs.\n- Occasionally join sales teams on pre-sale calls with clients.\n\nWHAT YOU'LL NEED\n- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Studies or Business Administration preferred\n- Advanced Excel skills Full proficiency including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables - Must.\n- Good organizational skills with attention to details.\n- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\n- Experience in online advertising - advantage.\n- Experience in online sales / pre-sales -
