Adept at navigating complex technical challenges, optimizing codebases for peak efficiency, and delivering next-generation software solutions-including AI-driven platform integrations-at production scale.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nNavigate ambiguity to solve complex, novel problems within previously untackled spaces.\nCollaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to drive architectural alignment and influence high-impact shared goals.\nServe as a key contributor in defining the team’s technical direction, establishing best practices, and architecting long-term roadmaps.\nBuild and deploy maintainable, cost-effective, and responsive solutions that meet customer needs with a high speed-to-market.\nPartner with product, design, and infrastructure teams to build or enhance scalable applications and services.\nDrive application reliability by partnering with Operations and Infrastructure to build, scale, and monitor robust services.\nDesign, develop, test, and debug high-performance software code for mission-critical business applications.\nAnalyze and optimize both frontend and backend codebases to maximize system efficiency and performance.\n\nWHAT YOU'LL NEED\nProfessional Experience: At least 5 years of experience architecting and building high-performance, reliable systems within complex, multi-tiered, and distributed environments.\nTechnical Proficiency: Advanced programming skills in modern languages and frameworks, specifically Golang, Node.js, or React, with a deep understanding of object-oriented and functional design principles.\nSystem Design & Architecture: Proven ability to contribute to the end-to-end design of new and existing systems, focusing on architectural integrity, design patterns, security, reliability, and horizontal scaling.\nSoftware Excellence: Extensive experience applying industry best practices across the full SDLC, including rigorous coding standards, comprehensive code reviews, robust source control management, and automated testing.\nCI/CD & Operations: Strong track record in operational excellence and continuous deployment, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality code.\nScalability: Demonstrated success in deploying and maintaining production-grade code at scale.\nBonus Points If\nBachelor’s in Computer Science or solid knowledge of CS fundamentals (OOP, design patterns, algorithms, etc...)\nExperience and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.\nDesire to work on the next generation of Artificial Intelligence applications.\nDISCLOSURE\nOur company provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.\n(Colorado & California Only*): The Annual salary listed for the position is a range of $185,000-$200,000.
