Translate ambiguous operational needs into problems that are technically tractable and worth solving, and deliver solutions with measurable client impact.\nActively contribute hands-on to technical work, particularly in designing and developing solutions that turn raw inventory data into actionable intelligence.\nOwn the architecture and technical roadmap for your components, ensuring smooth integration with platform, infrastructure, and other engineering teams across Verity's hardware and software services.\nChampion a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and technical excellence, while leading by example in embodying and evolving our company culture.\nYour Experience\n5+ years leading an empowered product team, working closely with product management and design on both discovery and end-to-end delivery of SaaS products, ideally with an AI or computer vision component.\nStrong product mindset, with the ability to get close to client needs, scope problems for feasibility and impact, and ensure that what you ship measurably improves operations rather than just benchmark numbers.\nStrong hands-on experience in the disciplines and technologies relevant to the role, with practical proficiency in or more of the following: Python, C++, and AWS\nExperience in people management, with a passion for mentoring, growing talent, and fostering a collaborative team environment.\nDeep understanding of agile practices and modern product development, with hands-on experience adopting modern technologies, such as AI tools, to improve the development lifecycle.\nStrong product mindset, with the ability to get close to client needs, scope problems for feasibility and impact, and ensure that what you ship measurably improves operations rather than just benchmark numbers.\nExcellent communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken, able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nWhy Verity?\nA great engineering culture, including flat hierarchies, an open-door policy, and a focus on joint responsibility and mutual trust and support\nWorking with a skilled, high-achieving, experienced, and fun team-with lots of opportunities to develop your professional career and grow with the company\nFlexibility of a hybrid work environment.
