Join the #VTeamLife.\nWhat you’ll be doing...\nAs an Associate Director - Peformance Assurance, you will be responsible in this leadership position for partnering with Fiber Engineering and Operations (FE&O) Field operations teams to drive operational efficiency and deliver cost savings, through process improvement and automation.\nAs the Associate Director, you will lead a workforce focused on field operations performance assurance, the integration and launch of new technology, Transformation Office projects centered on improving the customer experience and service delivery models for Fios products and other services and overseeing the PMO. Focal points for the leader in this position include; aligning on strategy with senior leadership and cross-functional organizations ensuring execution among working teams for multiple large-scale projects in tandem.\nFE&O is the team of employees responsible for the Installation and Maintenance, Construction, Contract Services, Central Office, Fiber Solution Center, LiveSource and Customer and Operations Support Centers. The products and services that the FE&O team supports are Fios, 5G Home, Copper, High Speed Internet, VoiceConnect and Special Services for Consumer and Business customers.\nYou will be responsible for the following but not limited to:\nIdentifying business gaps, mapping processes and designing technical solutions. \nBuild program roadmaps (including AI), sizing, scoping and delivering their benefits to the business.\nUsing tools and methodologies for numerous large initiatives, you and your team will transform data into insights and recommendations to improve the customer and employee experience.\nDemonstrate sound financial acumen, including managing budgets and accurate financial forecasting.\nDelivering and accounting-for cost savings by transforming the business.\nEnsuring project work progress sufficient to meet established savings targets and BVs.\nEstablish PMO governance aligning output with business strategy.\nTranslate complex technical milestones and sprint data into clear, business-focused reports and presentations for senior management.\nLeading multiple cross-functional stakeholder teams, implementing strategic enterprise-wide programs.\nEvaluating opportunities for the creation of complex business cases/models using VLSS tools and methodologies, as well as a thorough analysis and understanding of key drivers, assumptions, and scenarios.\nWork with limited direction, usually within a complex and often ambiguous environment, to drive rigorous, fact-based recommendations to senior management while stakeholdering across the organization.\nCollaborating with cross-functional leadership in prioritization of initiatives and development of a strategic roadmap.\nPresenting recommendations and ongoing updates to executive leadership in-person, and virtually.\nDrive continuous improvement, leveraging the latest industry knowledge and methods for technical project and program delivery.\nPartnering with Finance and Accounting on capital and expense targets.\nStakeholdering with senior leadership to align on funding and target deliverables.\nOverseeing a productive partnership with external business consultants.\nPartnering with Sourcing to ensure contract scope aligns with business strategy.\nWhat we’re looking for...\nYou are a proven leader and self-starter, able to manage multiple projects start to finish, keeping stakeholder teams engaged, measuring and analyzing data and presenting regular updates to executive leadership.
