In this role, you’ll help inspire store teams and develop the best sales specialists by driving sales targets to financials and store merchandising. You’ll create a superior in-store experience that will make customers feel good about our brand and solutions-and help them to choose our wireless products and services.\nLeading your team by resolving customer issues and assisting with customer transactions.\n\nInspiring, training, and coaching your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.\n\nIdentifying selling skill gaps, then creating and implementing development plans to help meet and exceed individual sales metrics and assigned quotas.\n\nLeading store operations (i.e., analyzing staffing needs, reporting financial and sales data, managing cash, meeting compliance requirements, and opening trouble tickets with Facilities/Network/IT as needed to ensure store up-time and functionality).\n\nMonitoring inventory by restocking shelves with product, maintaining device security and managing store cleanliness.\n\nManaging store merchandising and planogram compliance in accordance with company expectations.\n\nCompleting store opening and closing activities.\n\nWe’re hiring immediately and this isn’t your average leadership position! You can earn between $42,000 and $55,000 annually in base pay, plus up to $25,000 a year in commissions if your team hits all your sales goals. Planning to go above and beyond?
