As part of this team, you will play a critical role in our network transformation through building a unified network across all lines of business and maintaining the technology that keeps millions of our customers connected.\nYou will serve as a Client Executive to approximately three to four hundred multi-dwelling unit (MDU) communities in the Fios and 5G Home footprint. You will be accountable for sales results and mitigating disconnects in your assigned module. You will be responsible for analyzing data and strategically planning marketing activities to drive sales. You will be coordinating events with property professionals and our vendors. You will partner with cross-functional teams, to resolve customer escalations.\nBuilding and maintaining relationships with property staff.\nOverseeing two-to-three vendor sales agents.\nCreating marketing plans to increase sales.\nPulling sales data from Verizon systems.\nUpdating documents in Excel, PowerPoint and Google Sheets.\nPhysical requirements of the job may include but are not limited to lifting and carrying objects weighing up to approximately 30 pounds.\nIn the field at MDUs four days per week.\nWillingness to transport and set up Verizon marketing materials for events.\nThis role covers Alexandria and Arlington, VA, Washington, D.C., and the surrounding areas. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of their assigned sales territory.\nWhat we’re looking for…\nYou are energized by the challenge of working through difficult situations and finding positive outcomes. You defuse the situation, isolate the core issue and address the customer’s concerns. You enjoy gathering information, understanding the facts of a situation, and like problem solving.
