The work you perform is critical to delivering projects on schedule with high quality, providing maximum value to our customers and our business.\nLeading and managing the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects.\nCollaborating closely with cross-functional teams (development, infrastructure, security, business, etc.) to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements.\nDefining project scope, schedules, resources, and budgets, and tracking and reporting progress throughout the lifecycle.\nIdentifying potential risks and blockers early in the project and developing and executing effective mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.\nCommunicating project status, milestones, and key decisions clearly and concisely to all stakeholders, including executive management.\nEvaluating existing project management methodologies and processes to drive continuous improvement for team productivity and delivery quality.\nWhat we’re looking for...\nYou’re a professional who combines technical expertise with exceptional leadership, passionate about guiding teams to success. You understand the importance of acting as a bridge between engineering and business, earning strong trust by maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders at all levels. You thrive on charting a clear roadmap even in ambiguous situations and taking the initiative to clear obstacles your team faces.
